A Day At the Washington Park Arboretum
Well, it’s officially Fall here in Seattle. The leaves are changing color, the air is cooler, and the rains come and go. I’m actually looking forward to this change of season from Summer to Fall. There’s something about this time of year that feels comforting. Maybe it’s because I get to wear all of my sweaters and start dreaming of cozying up by a warm fire 🤔, but regardless… there is a softness in the air knowing that the exciting, vibrant times of summer have come to an end and soon it’ll be a time to retreat inward.
My husband and I decided to drive to the city to spend the day basking in the beauty of the Washington Park Arboretum. Before that, though, we absolutely had to stop by our favorite vegan donut place Mighty-O-Donuts. Seriously, though - if you’re ever in the city, their donuts are LEGENDARY!
After a couple of hours walking around the Arboretum and snapping some photos along the way, we finally grabbed a bite to eat closeby at Monsoon, a Vietnamese restaurant that has a pretty decent vegan selection for us.
